Will Harris, White Oak Pastures' 4th Generation and owner, founded a 501c3 non-profit called the Center for Agricultural Resilience.

In this intensive two-and-a-half-day program, we delve deeply into a diverse array of agricultural topics, spanning from holistic systems thinking to the intricacies of soil health. Our exploration encompasses gaining insight into the origins of agricultural challenges, their evolutionary path, and practical solutions. Participants actively engage in enlightening discussions, debunking myths related to food production, and immersing themselves in hands-on activities like land monitoring. We provide a comprehensive overview of the essential services required for the production, processing, and monetization of agricultural products.  Each day will begin with a farm-cooked breakfast and end with an equally delicious farm-fresh supper.

Guiding this program is Tre Cates, the esteemed moderator from nRythm. Tre is a seasoned entrepreneur and a leading figure in the regenerative movement. His extensive experience includes successfully establishing multiple organizations from the ground up. Tre places a strong emphasis on fostering healthy and regenerative organizational environments that facilitate sustainable outcomes while upholding social and environmental integrity. He has played a pivotal role in cultivating a global community of practice focused on regeneration, spanning across more than 20 countries. Moreover, Tre possesses significant expertise in organizational strategic planning, with a particular focus on go-to-market strategies, customer management, and business development. His diverse skill set also encompasses serving as a CEO of a publicly traded company, securing growth capital, orchestrating strategic acquisitions, and leading high-stakes negotiations with Fortune 500 corporations, government entities, and international development organizations.
